will show you how to leave a group directly from the home page. You do
not need to go into the group page. You can also leave multiple group in
fast way. After leaving a group, you will no longer get group
notifications or see group stories in your news feed.
Follow these steps:

- Login to your Facebook account.
- Find Groups section at the left side of the home page.
- Take your mouse over the group name and you will see a pencil icon at the left side of the name.
- Click on the pencil icon and see the pop up menu.
- Now click on Leave Group.
- Then click on Leave Group again in the pop up box.
That's all and you have left the group.
